The GROW – Graduate Opportunities Work Experience – programme has funding to cover a salary at the National Living Wage rate to do a placement with a number of employers across Wales, giving you the chance to increase your understanding of a job or industry, improve your networks and get that all important experience for your CV or interviews

We have some exciting opportunities being developed and we would love as many graduates as possible to join the programme. As well as a work experience placement GROW can offer further, personalised employability support to help you career plan and focus on your job search.
